Ian Carroll Ian is a Brickell Key Award winner in 2015, consultant, coach and speaker on all topics related to Lean, Kanban and Agile software development. Using his 25 years of hands-on experience he helps clients transform their organisations using Kanban and other Lean and Agile techniques. Ian has trained and coached hundreds of software development teams in Agile, Lean, and Kanban techniques and has broken new ground by scaling lean principles to the portfolio level and beyond. |

Brian Wernham Brian Wernham has more than 30 years’ experience in adaptive change program leadership. He has worked at the National Audit Office drafting reports for the Public Accounts Committee and has extensive international hands-on delivery leadership experience in USA, UK, Canada, Hong Kong, Germany and offshore in Bangalore. Brian is a Board member of the Association for Project Management and a Fellow of the APM and also the BCS with an MBA from Henley Management College. |
