Speakers

Ian Carroll
Ian is a Brickell Key Award winner in 2015, consultant, coach and speaker on all topics related to Lean, Kanban and Agile software development. Using his 25 years of hands-on experience he helps clients transform their organisations using Kanban and other Lean and Agile techniques. Ian has trained and coached hundreds of software development teams in Agile, Lean, and Kanban techniques and has broken new ground by scaling lean principles to the portfolio level and beyond.

Brian Wernham
Brian Wernham has more than 30 years’ experience in adaptive change program leadership. He has worked at the National Audit Office drafting reports for the Public Accounts Committee and has extensive international hands-on delivery leadership experience in USA, UK, Canada, Hong Kong, Germany and offshore in Bangalore. Brian is a Board member of the Association for Project Management and a Fellow of the APM and also the BCS with an MBA from Henley Management College.
Veijo Hytti
Veijo has gathered a unique experience in global branding and digital business both in multinational corporations, agencies and growth companies. At Keto Software, Veijo has been working with many leading organisations in Scandinavia and Switzerland on improving their return on innovation through the adoption of lean methodologies within project teams.
Imran Younis
Imran is an award winning User Experience Designer and international speaker. His career spans over 15 years, producing great user experience strategies for world-class brands and Fortune 500 companies. He has helped teams build great products, based on understanding their users in public, private and start-up companies.
