Sales Support, London UK | Hybrid
Keto Software provides strategic portfolio management that our customers use to manage all their OKRs, strategies, project portfolios, risks, resources and much more. Our no code platform gives us an advantage over much of the more traditional competition, which we believe gives us a huge opportunity that we now need more courageous people to help us realise. Keto Software is currently being used by organisations like the BBC, Chartered Insurance Institute and Willis Towers Watson.
We are now rebuilding our UK team and are looking for professionals seeking the opportunity to work for a scaling up business with great products and big ambitions.
You would be working in a key administrative role within the new UK Keto Software team, reporting to our Business Development Director UK & Ireland. The role will be largely numbers based, but with scope to be involved in running events and building up our new partner network, with further opportunities for career development as we win new business and expand our reach.
Your key responsibilities will include
- Developing and managing a new sales partner channel, including building a partner platform that we could then expand internationally
- Supporting the Business Development Director (BDD) UK & Ireland with identifying, signing and onboarding new sales channel partners
- Administrating Hubspot for UK&I opportunities, including tracking key sales data (e.g. what opportunities are at which stages and closing rates)
- Administrating Purchase Orders and Invoices for UK&I customers, reporting to the BDD
- Maintaining and updating our sales materials with marketing for direct and channel partner sales
- Ad hoc sales support as needed
We’d appreciate if you fulfill most of the following characteristics
- Courage to work in a scaling up business, with ability to adapt as needed
- Being able to make decisions

- Experience in working in Enterprise SaaS business
- Good mind for numbers, with a credit background being beneficial
- Previous background in supporting partner networks is preferable
- Knowledge of using CRM is essential, but specific knowledge of Hubspot is a nice to have
- Readiness to travel nationally and internationally
- Right to work in the UK
- Role is hybrid, as we would like the UK team to meet together in London once per week

Business Consultant & Project Manager, London UK | Hybrid

The Business Consultant & Project Manager role is a key professional services role within the new UK Keto Software team, reporting to the Business Development Director UK & Ireland. The role will be split approximately 50/50 between supporting sales with product demos & on proposals and then implementing to new customers & working with current customers.
The role will require the person to become a local product expert, able to clearly articulate the value of Keto Software’s products through pre-sales, training and implementation. Keto Software will provide full training on our platform as part of the onboarding.
Your key responsibilities will include
- Providing demos and other pre-sales support on proposals
- Implementing Keto Software for new customers and providing appropriate training
- Providing support and work for existing customers
- Being a local product expert and to be able to relate latest updates from Keto HQ to local customers
- Other related sales work such as supporting at industry events
We’d appreciate if you fulfill most of the following characteristics
- Able to work in a scaling up business, being able to make decisions and act with minimal micromanagement, but be part of a growing team and support others as needed
- Experience in pre-sales and training is preferred
- Knowledge of project management and/or PMO is required; would prefer to have people with training and/or certification in this area such as in PRINCE2, Agile or similar
- Knowledge of using other project management/strategic portfolio management/project portfolio management tools is preferred; It is not a requirement for this person to have an existing knowledge of Keto Software’s products as full product training will be provided as part of onboarding
- Readiness to travel nationally and internationally
- Right to work in the UK
- Role is hybrid, as we would like to the UK team to meet together in London one day per week as we build our company culture

Content Marketing Specialist, Finland | Hybrid
We are looking for you!
Keto means “Meadow” in Finnish. Hundreds of different types of flowers and plants grow on the Keto. When you gather them together in a bouquet, you make something beautiful.
Keto Software is a Finnish digital no-code platform that works on a similar principle. It is a meadow for innovation, from all your ideas to your projects and to the end results – like collecting flowers to make a beautiful bouquet. We’re looking for a marketing specialist with fresh ideas and an open mindset for new discoveries. If you recognised yourself and can relate to the description, please read further.
You would be forming a part of our marketing team, working under our Marketing Director. Your main tasks will include content creation, like blogs, case studies and social media posts.
Our team
Marketing works very closely with sales. We are based in Hyvinkää, where we wish you could travel once per week for a team day. The rest of your work you can do remotely, or at our office, which ever you prefer.
Your key responsibilities will include
- Updating sales and marketing materials
- Content creation for our B2B marketing and sales purposes
- Administrating and maintaining Hubspot for marketing purposes
- Working with WordPress
- Social media administrating for LinkedIn and Twitter
- Support in all kinds of marketing efforts when needed
- Adobe Creative Cloud tools usage, especially InDesign
We’d appreciate if you fulfill most of the following characteristics
- Fluent English, both written and spoken. It is Keto’s business language
- Fluent Finnish, as we do produce materials in Finnish too
- Knowledge or experience on Enterprise SaaS business
- Understanding of industrial business fields in Finland (Nordics), UK and DACH area
- Experience in B2B marketing
- Experience in content marketing
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM
- Passion for people and business
- Ability to manage your timetable and to work alone but also be a team player
