List all candidate initiatives by gathering every project, request, or task under consideration.

Ignoring dependencies. A low-effort task that blocks a Strategic Bet should be treated as a priority regardless of its own score.
Overengineering the scoring. A simple 1–5 scale applied consistently outperforms a complex formula applied inconsistently
