The role

This is not a high-volume SaaS role.

You will work on a small number of high-value opportunities, engaging senior stakeholders across strategy, finance, transformation, and IT.

You will help them understand:

  • where their current setup breaks
  • what better looks like
  • and how to get there

You will:

  • Build and shape a focused pipeline of high-quality opportunities
  • Create opportunities through targeted outbound, referrals, and strategic accounts
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Run deep discovery into how organisations actually operate
  • Build business cases that go beyond ROI slides
  • Drive momentum across long buying cycles
  • Orchestrate internal teams to deliver tailored solutions

You are not just selling software.
You are helping customers rethink how decisions get made.

What to expect

This is not a fully built enterprise machine.

  • You will work on fewer deals, but shape them deeply
  • Multi-threading is something you build, not something given
  • You will combine outbound, referrals, and strategic engagement to create opportunities
  • You will work closely with leadership, product, and partners to open doors and progress deals

The playbook is not fully defined yet.
You will help build it, test it, and improve it through real deals.

This role is for someone who enjoys creating structure where it does not fully exist yet, and turning early signals into a repeatable motion.

Who you are

You are comfortable in environments where things are not simple, and that is exactly why you enjoy them.

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS or enterprise sales
  • Experience navigating complex organisations and long sales cycles
  • You are comfortable building pipeline, not just working what is given
  • Strong discovery skills, you know how to get beyond the obvious
  • Structured and proactive, you create momentum, not wait for it
  • You enjoy building and refining sales processes, not just following them
  • You are comfortable operating without a fixed playbook and helping define what good looks like
  • Familiar with MEDDPICC and pragmatic about it

Strong advantage:

  • Experience in manufacturing, energy, or other asset-intensive industries
  • Experience selling transformation, ERP, or platform solutions
