Challenge
With more than 500 people working across a large site, Tata Steel wanted to strengthen the performance and reliability of its “All Improvements Matter” ideas scheme.
The process was paper-based, which made it harder to collect ideas, keep track of what was happening, and communicate decisions back to employees. In 2011, the team decided it was time to move the scheme online and started looking for a simple, reliable way to do it.
