The role

This is more than just a sales role – it’s a chance to help build and shape how we go to market in Germany. You’ll be one of the first boots on the ground, owning a high-potential region where our presence is growing fast – with clients in manufacturing, energy, and chemicals already on board. Yes, there’s a playbook – but it’s evolving, and we want your fingerprints on it.  

You’ll join a team that values thoughtful, strategic communication and proactive energy. You’ll learn fast, sell smart, and help enterprise clients see a new way forward. We’re hybrid-friendly but prefer someone based in the Zurich area to stay close to our Zug office, customers, and the market. You won’t be on your own – our team is close by in Finland, Switzerland, and the UK, and we stay tightly connected.  

What you’ll do

You will…

  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close across Germany 
  • Engage with enterprise prospects to understand strategic pain and build strong business cases  
  • Use a Challenger mindset to lead conversations and reshape customer thinkin
  • Generate pipeline through a mix of inbound, outbound, events, and referrals  
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership to inform GTM strategy  
  • Document insights, support CRM hygiene, and continuously improve how we sell  

Who you are

You’re not just a seller – you’re a storyteller. You know how to paint a vision that makes people want what you’re offering. You don’t pitch features; you share moments. You bring business pain to life and show what a better day looks like. You don’t need a script because your conversations feel real – and that’s why people trust you.  

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (enterprise or upper mid-market preferred)  
  • You bring a Challenger mindset – you’re not afraid to challenge assumptions, reframe the problem, and guide the customer to a better solution  
  • Strong business acumen – you quickly grasp how different organizations operate, where value is created, and how strategy connects to execution  
  • You’re structured, curious, and confident asking tough questions  
  • You bring ideas to the table, not just problems  
  • You’re comfortable in the grey and love turning it into structure 
  • You know MEDDPICC and use it (in a nice way :-))  
  • Fluent in German (and English as this is the company language) 
  • You have a network in the manufacturing and energy sector in Germany (as a plus) 
  • You’re a builder, not just a follower – someone who thrives on creating structure from scratch and shaping how things are done. You have a strong network across the manufacturing and energy sectors in Germany and know how to turn connections into opportunities. You’re naturally proactive – a hunter who builds, not just executes.
