The role

We’re building out our partner ecosystem and we’re looking for someone who can bring structure, clarity, and calm momentum to that process.

This role is all about operational precision. You’ll work closely with our Head of Partnerships, Director of Product Partnerships, Sales and Marketing teams to support how we find, onboard, and enable strategic partners, from resellers and integrators to long-term collaborators.

You’ll make sure everything from data hygiene to onboarding flows feels clear, scalable, and thoughtfully designed. If you’re methodical, curious, and like to make complexity simpler for others – read on.

What you’ll do

You will…

Support partner discovery

  • Map Ideal Customer Profile (IPP) accounts to potential VAR/SI relationships.
  • Conduct structured research to surface high-fit partners across Europe.
  • Build and maintain a shared partner database with key insights.
  • Help shape partner outreach kits and value-led messaging.
  • Track outreach progress with clean documentation and timely follow-ups.

Guide onboarding & enablement

  • Manage onboarding checklists and coordinate session logistics.
  • Document partner sessions and maintain a lightweight knowledge base.
  • Support formatting and finalising of sales + technical one-pagers.

Own operational backbone

  • Keep our partner pipeline and status tracking up to date.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and partner activity logs.
  • Prepare internal notes and context ahead of partner calls and events.
  • Coordinate logistics for webinars, trainings, and enablement activities.
  • Facilitate internal request tracking across sales, marketing, and product.

Help build the partner programme

  • Maintain dashboards tracking partner performance and engagement.
  • Support documentation of certification criteria and progress.
  • Help define and organise partner tiers, benefits, and lifecycle flows.

Who you are

  • Two to three years in operations, sales support, enablement, or partnerships.
  • Strong research skills and high organisational hygiene.
  • Solid experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot), Excel, and digital workflows.
  • Ability to turn scattered data into structured insights.
  • Independent, reliable, and clear in fast-moving environments.
  • SaaS or B2B experience is a plus, not a requirement.
